However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary depending on the shipping service you select and cannot be refunded.

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service or Via FedEx Courier Services.

When your order is ready and shipped, you will be notified via e-mail and a tracking number will be provided to enable you to monitor the transit of your parcel. A signature on receipt will be required. If you have selected FedEx Courier Services, we will require your telephone number to enable the Driver to contact you if there is no-one indoors at the time of the delivery. Please make sure we have the best number to use.

Delays

Occasionally, the postal services may delay the delivery of your order. This can be for various reasons. We will, of course provide you with a tracking number to enable you to monitor your parcel position during transit. We will also make every effort to keep you informed of any delays at our end.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon reception of full payment for the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation right
